The basics

Is PolrWolf free?

Yes. PolrWolf is free. There are no paid tiers, no ads and no affiliate links, we never ask for a card, and we don’t sell your data.

Is this investment advice?

No. PolrWolf publishes general, AI-generated summaries of what public market commentators say. Signals are the same for everyone with the same filters and don’t consider your finances. PolrWolf is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or commodity trading advisor.

You alone decide what to do with any information you see here. Read the Risk Disclosure before relying on it.

Who can use PolrWolf?

PolrWolf is for people in the United States who are 18 or older. You agree to the Terms when you sign up.

Who are the sources?

A curated roster of traders, strategists, investors, fund disclosures and headline feeds on X, YouTube and Truth Social. Headline and policy feeds only produce heads-up notes; they never count toward consensus.

Every voice is listed with its role, focus and known caveats on the sources page. None of them are affiliated with, endorsed by or paid by PolrWolf.

AI agents

Can PolrWolf trade for me?

No. PolrWolf publishes the same signals for everyone and never connects to brokerage accounts or places orders. If you let an AI agent trade for you, you control that agent and are responsible for what it does.

Which AI agents work with PolrWolf?

Any AI app that can add a remote MCP server as a connector, including Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT (with Developer Mode), Codex, Cursor and Grok. Step-by-step setup for each is on the connect page.

Do I need Robinhood?

No. PolrWolf’s feed works with any MCP-capable AI agent, whether or not that agent is connected to a broker. You can use it alongside Robinhood Agentic Trading¹, another broker’s agent connection such as Interactive Brokers or Public, or no broker at all.

If you do use it with Robinhood Agentic Trading¹, the guide walks through the setup and where approval happens.

Does it work on Claude’s free plan?

Yes, with one limit: Claude Free allows one custom connector. If your agent also uses a brokerage connector, using both together needs a Claude plan that allows two connectors (Pro or higher), or an app without that limit, such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor.

What can my agent see through PolrWolf?

Only what’s already published: the consensus board for your filters, recent publications with links to the original posts, the publication schedule and the methodology. If you sign in, it can also read your saved alert filters and which updates were already sent to you.

It never gets buy or sell instructions, sizes, prices, unpublished signals, raw post text or anything about your finances, and it can’t change your settings. The full list is on the connect page.

Where do I approve my agent’s trades?

In your AI app, through its confirmation prompts or by telling your agent to show you each order and wait for your OK. Some brokerage agentic accounts let an agent trade without asking you first if you allow it, so keep order previews and confirmations on. PolrWolf never sees or approves orders.

How do I disconnect an agent?

Open your alert settings and revoke it under Connected agents, or remove the PolrWolf connector in your AI app. Revoking takes effect right away.

Footnote 1:Robinhood and Robinhood Agentic Trading are trademarks of Robinhood Markets, Inc. PolrWolf is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood. PolrWolf does not connect to your brokerage account, never receives your brokerage credentials or data, and never places, changes or cancels orders. Brokerage agentic accounts can let an AI agent trade without asking you first if you allow it. You are responsible for your agent’s trades. PolrWolf signals are general information, not investment advice.

Signals and consensus

How is consensus calculated?

Each classified post is one vote from one tracked voice on one asset: bullish or bearish, with a conviction from 1 to 5. Only each voice’s latest call counts, inside a window of 72 hours for crypto and 5 trading days for stocks and ETFs, and older calls fade with time.

Votes are weighted by the voice’s role, its conviction and how unusual the call is for that voice, so a perma-bull’s bullish post counts less than a surprise. A consensus qualifies when enough independent voices agree under your Signal strictness. The full formula is in the methodology.

When do you publish?

PolrWolf publishes signal updates on a fixed schedule: at :55 past each hour from 9:55 AM to 3:55 PM ET and at 4:25 PM ET on US market days, and every 3 hours at :25 otherwise. Every signal appears on the public feed first. Notifications only tell you it was published.

What does “Signal strictness” mean?

It sets how much agreement a consensus needs before you hear about it. Strict needs at least 3 independent voices, 75% weighted agreement and average conviction of 3.5. Balanced, the default, needs 2 voices, 67% and 3.0. Everything includes single-voice signals, labeled “single source”. You can also raise the minimum agreement.

Strictness only filters PolrWolf’s public signals. It says nothing about what’s right for you.

What does the AI do, and can it be wrong?

A large language model (currently xAI’s Grok) reads each collected post and labels it: which asset, bullish or bearish, conviction, time horizon and an exact quote. It can’t choose sources or links, and a label is rejected unless its quote appears word for word in the stored post.

It can still misread sarcasm, jokes or context, so every signal shows its quote and a link to the original. If something looks wrong, use “Report a mistake” and we’ll review it within 24 hours.

Can I see the evidence behind a signal?

Yes. Every signal on the public feed shows the exact quote, the voice, the platform, when it was posted and a link to the original post.

Why do alerts arrive after the posts?

PolrWolf collects posts on a schedule and publishes on fixed slots, so an alert can come up to about an hour after a post during market hours, and longer overnight. Some firms pay for faster access to certain feeds. PolrWolf isn’t built to be first; it’s built to show where independent voices agree, with receipts.

Is the track record real?

It’s a hypothetical backtest, not actual trading. It replays the published consensus rules over the last 12 months of archived posts with real prices, trading costs and next-open fills. No money was invested and no user achieved these results. It carries hindsight bias, explained on the track record page.

Alerts

How can I get alerts?

By web push on your phone or computer, by Telegram, or by email. Email gets a daily digest after the close, with instant email alerts as an option. We never ask for your phone number.

How do push alerts work on iPhone and iPad?

Apple allows web push only for sites added to the Home Screen. On iOS or iPadOS 16.4 or later, open polrwolf.com in Safari, tap Share → Add to Home Screen, open PolrWolf from the Home Screen, then turn on alerts in settings.

How many alerts will I get?

At most one combined message per channel per publication slot. There’s a daily cap of 12 alerts across channels, which you can lower, and quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM in your time zone for push and Telegram. Email follows the digest schedule unless you turn on instant email.

How do I stop alerts?

Any time: turn a channel off in your alert settings, send /pause or /stop to the Telegram bot, use the one-click unsubscribe link in any email, or block notifications in your browser. You can also delete your account from settings.

Trust, data and corrections

Does PolrWolf trade on its own signals?

No. PolrWolf’s owner and staff don’t trade an asset from 24 hours before to 24 hours after PolrWolf publishes a signal on it, including through automated trading systems or personal trading bots, and we accept no payment from companies, token projects, brokers or the people we track. See the Conflicts Policy.

What data do you keep about me?

Only what alerts and the agent feed need: your email, your alert settings, the channels you connect and the AI agents you authorize, plus a log of what the feed returned. Never brokerage credentials or account data. No trackers, no ads, no data sales, and we honor Global Privacy Control. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

I found a mistake. What happens next?

Use “Report a mistake” on the signal or email support@polrwolf.com. We review reports within 24 hours. If a signal is wrong, we retract it so it no longer counts toward any consensus.

I’m a tracked commentator. Can I be removed?

Yes. Email support@polrwolf.com from an address or account we can verify, and we act on removal requests within 48 hours.
